What is Ecclesia?
Ecclesia is a platform for assertive management of virtual assemblies that organizes the communication of large working groups and discussion spaces to create reports, consensus and group agreements in an operative way. We achieve this through three fundamental characteristics:
- Speaker Queue: Participate assertively using time in an efficient and organized manner.
- Prioritization and Voting of Proposals: Create, Prioritize and Vote for Proposals to become Resolutions.
- Minutes and Reports: Record agreements in a Minute of finalization and generate various Reports according to your needs.
How are assemblies and votes billed in Ecclesia?
Only in Ecclesia you will be able to bill your virtual assemblies and electronic votes according to the duration and the final number of assistants.
- Our prices include VAT.
- The final invoice will be charged for the connection minutes to the assembly of each assistant.
- To hold your assembly it is necessary to pay 50% of the quotation. If at the end of the assembly the value paid was not exceeded, it will not be returned to cover our operating costs.

How do I log in to an event?
There are two ways to enter an event:
- Through the event link, for example: https://ecclesia.com.co/e/eventoenEcclesia/
- In the Main Dashboard you can find the events that are taking place and the calendar of events by date.
- To enter an event and participate you will be able to enable your microphone, camera and screen sharing.
