This website is owned and operated by Ecclesia B.V. This document establishes the Terms and Conditions under which users can use our web application and the services offered. It should be noted that Ecclesia offers its users a space for virtual debate and the development of assertive communications, as well as the remote acquisition of relevant information for the objectives proposed by our clients. By accessing, purchasing, or using Ecclesia’s services, you agree to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Similarly, it is a necessary requirement for the acquisition of the products offered on this site that you read and accept the following Terms and Conditions. These Service Conditions apply to all site users, including, without limitation, browsers, providers, customers, merchants, and/or content collaborators. To use or acquire our services, user registration with personal data entry is necessary. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, then you should not access the website or use any of our services. Terms of service license

To use Ecclesia’s services, all users must create a profile with a password. The user may choose and change the password for their account management access at any time. Ecclesia B.V. is not liable if users provide such a key to third parties.

Ecclesia through its web application, grants a license for users to use the products and services that are sold according to the Terms and Conditions described in this document. This license may be one of three types: Free, Premium or Suscription. Each plan class will allow users to access different features and application services, as stated at https://ecclesia.com.co

Privacy policy

The web application https://ecclesia.com.co/ ensures that the personal information you submit is secure.Data entered by the user or in the case of requiring validation of orders will not be delivered to third parties.

The subscription to advertising email newsletters is voluntary and could be selected at the time of creating your account.

You cannot claim intellectual or exclusive property rights to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of the content providers. The texts and graphic elements that constitute the web application, as well as its presentation and assembly, are exclusively owned by Ecclesia, or it holds the necessary exploitation rights. In any case, Ecclesia will refer to the official sources of these images when using them.

Virtual store

All purchases and transactions made through this website are subject to a confirmation and verification process, which may include verification of product stock and availability, validation of the payment method, validation of the invoice (if any), and compliance with the conditions required by the selected payment method.
