What is Ecclesia?
Ecclesia is an assertive management platform for virtual assemblies that organizes the communication of large work groups and discussion spaces to create reports, consensus and group agreements in an operational manner. We achieve this from three fundamental characteristics:
- Requested word queue: participate assertively using time in an effective and organized manner.
- Prioritization and voting on proposals: Create, Prioritize and Vote on Proposals so that they become Resolutions.
- Minutes and Reports: Record the agreements in a Completion Minute and generate various Reports according to your needs.
How are meetings and votes billed at Ecclesia?
- Our prices include VAT.
- The minutes of connection to the assembly for each attendee will be charged in the final invoice.
- To carry out your assembly, a 50% payment on the quote is necessary. If at the end of the assembly the amount paid is not exceeded, it will not be returned to cover our operating costs.

How do I enter an event?

- On the main Dashboard you can find the events that are taking place and the event calendar by date.
- To enter an event and participate you can enable your microphone, camera and screen sharing.
