What is Ecclesia?
In Greek, ‘ekkesia’ is composed of the preposition ‘ek-‘, which means ‘from’ or ‘origin’ and the verb ‘kaleo’ which means ‘called’. Its meaning is ‘Assembly, often popular and legislative’.

Ecclesia is an assertive management platform for virtual assemblies that organizes the communication of large work groups and discussion spaces to create reports, consensus and group agreements in an operational manner. We achieve this from three fundamental characteristics:

  1. Requested word queue: participate assertively using time in an effective and organized manner.
  2. Prioritization and voting on proposals: Create, Prioritize and Vote on Proposals so that they become Resolutions.
  3. Minutes and Reports: Record the agreements in a Completion Minute and generate various Reports according to your needs.
How are meetings and votes billed at Ecclesia?
Only in Ecclesia will you be able to bill your virtual assemblies and electronic votes according to the duration and the final number of attendees.

  1. Our prices include VAT.
  2. The minutes of connection to the assembly for each attendee will be charged in the final invoice.
  3. To carry out your assembly, a 50% payment on the quote is necessary. If at the end of the assembly the amount paid is not exceeded, it will not be returned to cover our operating costs.

How do I enter an event?
There are two ways to enter an event:

  1. Through the event link, for example: https://ecclesia.com.co/e/eventoenEcclesia/
  2. On the main Dashboard you can find the events that are taking place and the event calendar by date.
  3. To enter an event and participate you can enable your microphone, camera and screen sharing.
